Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. Introduction

At Rife Wellness Centre, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or postpone your appointment. To ensure fairness to our practitioners and other clients, we have established the following cancellations and refunds policy.

2. Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours)

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (1 working day) prior to your scheduled appointment time will not be entitled to a refund. This policy allows us to compensate our practitioners for the time reserved for your session.

3. Cancellations (More than 24 Hours)

If you choose to cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you will be eligible for a refund, subject to a standard R97.00 cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

4. Postponements & Rescheduling

We are happy to accommodate changes to your schedule. Postponements or rescheduling of appointments will not incur any additional costs. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to move your session to a different date or time.

5. How to Cancel or Postpone

To cancel or postpone your appointment, please contact us directly via email at bryan@rifewellnesscentre.co.za or call us at our wellness centre. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
