1. Overview & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern all appointment bookings, bioresonance therapy sessions, consultations, and website usage at Rife Wellness Centre ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment or accessing rifewellnesscentre.co.za, you ("client", "user") agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Practitioner Designation & Complementary Health Scope

• Practitioners: Mariana Botha (NHP) & Bryan Botha (NHP) are registered Natural Health Practitioners with SATAHWA (Reg No. 18132909).
• Complementary Modalities: All Rife wave therapy sessions, bioresonance assessments, BodySonic MRA, and Quantum QMRA body scans are non-invasive complementary wellness modalities.
• Not Medical Advice: Our sessions and website content are designed for wellness support and do not constitute formal medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription from a registered medical doctor (MBChB). Clients are encouraged to maintain relationship with their conventional medical healthcare providers.

3. Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Strictly by Appointment: All consultations and bioresonance sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking portal or telephone/WhatsApp (+27825729848).
• 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow another client to utilize the time slot.
• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session duration to avoid delaying subsequent scheduled appointments.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms (ZAR)

• All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of consultation time and frequency sweeps.
• Initial Consultation & Assessment: R 250.00
• Standard Rife Wave Session: R 350.00
• 10-Session Package: R 3,000.00
• BioScan Scientific (2 Hours): R 1,200.00
• BioScan Full Body Scan (1.5 Hours): R 850.00
• BioScan Mini Scan (1 Hour): R 450.00
• Payment Methods: Cash, online Credit/Debit Card, EFT. Payment is due at or before the time of service.

5. Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)

We respect your privacy and process all personal and health information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). For complete details on how your data is collected, stored, and protected, please review our Privacy Policy and POPIA Manual.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the extent permitted by South African law, Rife Wellness Centre shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website usage or session participation. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
